Privacy notice

This site is a private learning tool for Math Academy's own students. Here is exactly what it keeps about you, in plain language, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

• Your email address and name from your Google sign-in (you can set the name we call you by).
• The topic or technique your question matches (e.g. "Vectors — foot of perpendicular"). We do not keep the exact wording you typed or any photo you attach — see AI processing below.
• Which bank questions and worked solutions you open, and your daily usage counts.
• Any feedback you give (the 👍/👎 taps and comments under answers), and anything you send via Report a problem (your message and, if you attach one, a screenshot).

Why we collect it

• To answer your questions and point you at relevant practice.
• To improve how we teach — we look at which topics students ask about most and where engagement falls off, not the exact wording of your questions.
• To keep usage fair for everyone (the invisible daily limits).

AI processing

The content of your questions — including photos — is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the answer, under Google's paid API terms. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else. Math Academy does not keep a copy of the exact text or photo after the answer is generated — our own records only show the topic/technique it matched, not your wording.

How long we keep it

While you are a student of the centre. Ask and we will delete your data — no forms, just say so.
